The service and these terms
These terms apply to the international Poker Science website, iOS app and supporting online services provided by Yizen Labs Limited ("we", "us"). They do not replace terms applicable to the mainland-China website.
Poker Science provides poker training, study, learning and analysis features, together with supported on-device and nearby-device practice features. Features available to you may depend on the app version, account status, selected mode and subscription.
Poker Science does not provide real-money wagering, accept stakes for poker play or offer cash-out of virtual chips. Virtual chips and training results are service features, not money, deposits or a promise of financial returns. You must comply with the laws that apply to your use of the service.
The international website provides product information, download information, support, legal information and necessary account email pages. Availability of a website page does not mean an unreleased app or feature is available for purchase or download.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Poker Science. You may use the service only where doing so is lawful and where you can validly agree to these terms. Do not create or use an account if you are under 18 or cannot lawfully provide the permissions required for the relevant processing or use of the service.
Provide accurate account information, use authentication methods that belong to you and protect your credentials. Do not share passwords, verification codes or authentication tokens with support staff or other people. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised account access.
We may require appropriate verification before changing sensitive account information or acting on a deletion request. An Apple sign-in account, an email account and an App Store purchase are related only through the supported linking and verification processes; a purchase does not entitle you to use another person's account.
Permitted use
Use the service for lawful personal training and study. Do not:
- obtain unauthorised access to another account, private data or restricted systems;
- interfere with service operation, security or other users' use;
- exploit software errors to obtain unauthorised entitlements or falsify transactions;
- submit unlawful content or material that infringes another person's rights; or
- use the service to organise or facilitate real-money wagering through our platform.
For nearby-device features, share information only with participants you intend to join. Session information is processed on participating devices as described in the Privacy Policy. We cannot remotely remove copies that another participant has independently retained.
Training results and AI-generated explanations
Solver output, AI actions, explanations, statistics and training results are provided for study. AI-generated material can be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent. Training performance is not a guarantee of future performance or a financial outcome.
Online AI functions send the relevant information to the providers described in the Privacy Policy. On-device functions and online model requests are different processing paths. Do not submit unnecessary personal or confidential information in support or analysis content.
App Store subscriptions
Where offered, subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Before confirming a purchase, review the product, price, billing period and included access shown in the app and Apple purchase interface. Currency, taxes and availability can vary by storefront.
For an auto-renewing subscription, Apple manages billing and renewal under the purchase terms shown to you. Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Poker Science. For a trial you do not wish to renew, follow Apple's instructions, including its advice to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Cancellation, a refund and account deletion are separate actions. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewal under Apple's rules; it does not itself constitute a refund request. Refund eligibility depends on Apple's process and applicable consumer law. You can request review at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot promise that Apple will approve a refund.
Use the app's supported restore-purchases function with the appropriate Apple account. Entitlement restoration requires transaction validation and the supported Poker Science account association. If a purchase or restore appears incorrect, contact us rather than purchasing repeatedly or sending card details.
Deleting your Poker Science account or uninstalling the app does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. Manage the subscription through Apple separately. If you want to close an account, check any active subscription first.

App licence, content and feedback
Apps obtained through the App Store are licensed under the licence terms applicable to that app. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where a valid Custom EULA has not been provided. These service terms do not purport to override mandatory Apple terms or applicable consumer rights.
We or the relevant rights holders retain rights in our software, designs and learning materials. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you. Do not redistribute or commercially exploit protected service content without the necessary permission or a right provided by applicable law.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You permit us to process that content to provide the requested feature, handle the support matter and operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to do so. This clause is not a blanket authorisation to use your personal data for unrelated advertising or model training.
Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy describes account data, online AI processing, device and nearby-session information, providers, processing locations, and storage and deletion limits. Any explicit permission required for a particular activity must be obtained separately; acceptance of general terms does not replace it.
You can request account deletion in the app or contact us about your data. Deletion can involve several stages and ownership verification. Relevant transaction, account-closure, security and legally necessary records can remain; provider records, backups and copies on other devices are not all removed by closing an account. The Privacy Policy explains which records are deleted and which may remain.
Availability, maintenance and account restrictions
We may update the service, perform maintenance and respond to security or operational problems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will remain unchanged. Material changes to paid access must be handled consistently with the applicable purchase terms and consumer rights.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, serious misuse or a security issue, subject to applicable law. Contact us if you believe an account restriction or entitlement decision is incorrect. These terms do not permit us to disregard valid purchases or mandatory rights.
Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Applicable consumer protections continue to apply.
You are responsible for the decisions you make based on training or analysis and for complying with laws applicable to your use. This does not remove responsibilities we have under applicable law.

We may update these terms and will provide any notice or obtain any agreement required for material changes. The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the latest revision.
