Tell us what happened and, if available, your app version and account ID. Never send your password or an email verification code.

Account and email help

Open registration, password reset and email confirmation links directly from your email. After completing the page, return to the iOS app. Check your spam folder if an email is missing.

App Store subscriptions

Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in iPhone Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. For purchase or restore issues, contact us with the details shown in the app. Do not send payment card details.

Privacy and account deletion

Use account deletion in the app, or contact us with a privacy or account question. We may need to verify that you own the account before acting on your request. Never include your password.
